QATOL / INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULIC OILS

QATOL REDLINE HYDRO HYDRAULIC FLUID HLP 46

Qatol Redline Hydro Hydraulic Fluid HLP 46 is an ISO VG 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil developed for high-pressure hydraulic systems running under moderate to severe conditions in mobile and industrial service.

It is blended from quality base oils and a carefully selected additive package to protect against oxidation, rust, corrosion and wear, giving long service life and dependable all-round protection.

Suitable for precision hydraulic systems that demand close control of fluid viscosity, such as electrohydraulic and numerically controlled equipment, and for older systems where leakage is a problem and a cost-effective hydraulic oil is required.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

KEY FEATURES

OXIDATION STABILITY
Resists oxidative breakdown, limiting sludge and deposit formation and helping to prevent filter blocking for longer oil life and lower maintenance cost.
HYDROLYTIC STABILITY
Resists chemical breakdown in the presence of water, helping to protect against acid corrosion and rust and extending oil life.
WEAR PROTECTION
Protects pumps, valves and other system components across a wide range of load conditions, from moderate to severe.
THERMAL STABILITY
Resists thermal degradation and performs across varied ambient and operating temperatures to support oil life and system performance.
FOAM CONTROL
Anti-foam performance supports precise control, high pump pressures and efficient power transfer.
FAST AIR RELEASE
Releases entrained air quickly so that control mechanisms respond consistently.
DEMULSIBILITY
Water separates from the oil rapidly, supporting system efficiency and reliability.
SYSTEM RELIABILITY
Resistance to thermal and chemical breakdown reduces the risk of harmful sludge and deposit formation.
INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS

Recommended Applications

High-pressure hydraulic power systems
Circulation systems in industrial and automotive equipment
Electrohydraulic and numerically controlled systems
Systems using close-clearance servo valves
Presses, injection moulding and machine tools
Rotary screw and vane compressors
Hydraulic cranes, lifts and loaders
Forklifts, reach trucks and excavators
Dumpers, loading ramps and tailboards
Older systems requiring a cost-effective all-round hydraulic oil
