All orders are processed only once payment has been received in full and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order where payment is delayed, reversed, or fails for any reason.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the agreed delivery location. Ownership of the goods remains with Sinopec Online until payment has been received in full and cleared.
We deliver lubricants, oils, greases, and related products within the United Kingdom and internationally where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery locations are accessible, suitable for palletised goods, and capable of accepting deliveries. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, redelivery, or returned goods where site conditions are unsuitable.
Deliveries to construction sites or contractor-managed locations are accepted at the customer’s risk.
Orders may be delayed if delivery information is incomplete or unclear. If a delivery location is not level, accessible, or equipped with suitable unloading facilities, delivery may not be possible.
Where delivery fails due to site conditions or inaccurate information, the customer may be charged redelivery fees and return shipping costs.
If unloading equipment such as a forklift, loading dock, or pallet truck is not available, a tail lift delivery vehicle must be selected at checkout.
Failure to request a tail lift when required may result in:

Returns are accepted only for unopened, factory-sealed products in original resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact shop@sinopeconline.comwith your order number. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to the following deductions:
Actual return shipping costs
Five percent restocking fee on the product value
Any redelivery charges incurred due to failed delivery caused by incorrect information or missing tail lift selection
Refunds are processed within seven business days of receipt of returned goods and issued to the original payment method.
Opened, used, contaminated, or non-resaleable products cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to shipping@sinopeconline.com, including the order number and photographic evidence.
Minor cosmetic dents to metal containers that do not affect seal integrity or product quality are not grounds for return or refund.
VAT invoices are issued once orders are dispatched and are available in customer account order history. Customers requiring specific invoice details or purchase order references must contact sales@sinopeconline.com prior to placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion. Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to allow order fulfilment and communication where required.
