United Kingdom:
Free Economy 5 to 7 Days: Free.
Standard Delivery 2 to 3 Days: £40.00.
Expedited Delivery 1 to 2 Days: £80.00.
Warehouse Pick Up: Free.
Mainland Europe (France, Spain, Portugal):
Flat Rate 7 Days: starting at €50.00.
UPS® starting at €9 with calculated transit time.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 11 AM (GMT/BST) are dispatched the same day for pails. Orders for drums and IBCs placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day; orders received after these times are dispatched the next working day. Some products have longer lead times, which are shown on their product pages. If you have any questions about dispatch times, please contact our sales team at sales@sinopeconline.com.
Tracking
Tracking is included with all orders. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to follow your order from our warehouse to your delivery address and check estimated delivery times directly with the carrier. For larger palletised shipments, tracking updates may show when the goods arrive at local depots before being scheduled for final delivery.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Deliveries
If you are not satisfied with your delivery, please email shipping@sinopeconline.com with your order number and a photo of the delivery. Metal packaging may show dents caused by handling in transit; this is normal within standard freight practices and does not affect the contents.
Pails (Singles)
All pails are shipped by UPS. Delivery is usually the next working day but may take up to five working days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Some pails may arrive separately even if ordered together. Use the tracking email and the UPS website for updates.
Pallet Deliveries (Pails, Drums, IBCs)
Pallet deliveries usually take two to three business days, but may take up to five business days depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Pallets may arrive on different days even if shipped together. Tracking emails provide updates when goods reach depots and are scheduled for final delivery.
Address Verification
If your address is incomplete or unclear, your order may be delayed. If your delivery location is not flat, is difficult to access, or does not have a forklift or loading dock, delivery may not be possible. In these cases, you may be charged a redelivery fee or the cost of return shipping. Deliveries to construction sites or contractor locations are accepted at your own risk.
Delivery Requirements and Tail Lift Charges
Some products, particularly larger palletised orders, require access to a location with suitable unloading facilities. If your location does not have a forklift or loading dock, a tail lift service is required to safely unload your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate at checkout if a tail lift is needed. If this is not specified and delivery cannot be completed, the order may either be returned to us and the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, or be redelivered with additional charges applied for tail lift service and any extra delivery costs. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided to avoid delays or added fees.
Warehouse Pick Up
If you choose the warehouse pick up option at checkout, your order will typically be ready within four hours. Pick up hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. When you arrive at the warehouse, please bring a copy of your email confirmation along with valid identification to collect your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
Difficult Access Locations
If your delivery location is difficult to access, the driver may apply additional conditions at their discretion. Deliveries to residential addresses or those requiring a signature may incur an extra fee. Some postcodes in Scotland, Wales and the West Country may also be subject to surcharges or longer delivery times.
