Multipurpose Red Lithium Grease NLGI 2
Sinopec MP Grease is a multipurpose grease with excellent mechanical and structural stability, long service life, good adhesivity and excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation. Formulated with a lithium soap thickener and high-quality refined mineral oil, it contains rust and oxidation inhibitors to ensure excellent performance and long life, along with a polymeric material to provide good adhesion to metal surfaces. It is available in NLGI grades 2 and 3.
Suitable for a wide range of industrial and automotive applications where load-carrying properties are not required, MP Grease is designed for chassis points such as shackles, tie rod ends, steering knuckles, control arms and king pins, as well as electric motors and water pumps on passenger cars, buses and trucks. It is also suited to automotive wheel bearings on drum brake systems and general lubrication of roller and sliding bearings operating under light load, across an operating range of −20°C to +120°C.
Formulated to Sinopec specification Q/SH303 242-2007, MP Grease's added polymer ensures the grease adheres strongly to metal surfaces, sealing out water, dirt and abrasive materials to protect moving parts throughout its service life.
