Sinopec Extreme Pressure HP-R Blue High Temp Grease is a premium-quality lithium complex grease formulated with high-quality mineral base oil for extreme pressure, heavy-duty wheel bearing and chassis applications. The lithium complex soap thickener delivers a high dropping point together with rust and oxidation inhibitors, EP and antiwear additives, providing outstanding film strength and protection under high-temperature, high-load service.

Engineered for automotive wheel bearings, particularly those subjected to the high-temperature, high-load conditions caused by braking at speed, HP-R Blue NLGI 2 offers excellent mechanical stability, oxidation resistance and water resistance across an operating range of −30°C to +180°C. It stays in place under wet or wash-down conditions, reducing the need for frequent re-application while protecting against wear, rusting and corrosion.

Formulated to Sinopec specification Q/SH PRD131-2008, HP-R Blue NLGI 2 holds formal OEM approval for use as an automotive wheel bearing grease from Foshan Yonglitai Axle Co., Ltd, Liaoning Shuguang Automotive Co., Ltd, and Shandong Huali Motor Co., Ltd.

The lithium complex soap thickener gives a high dropping point, allowing the grease to be used at higher temperatures in severe service while resisting breakdown of the grease structure.

WATER RESISTANCE & CORROSION PROTECTION

Stays in place and is not washed or sprayed off in wet conditions, while rust and oxidation inhibitors protect components and extend maintenance intervals.

WHEEL BEARING SUITABILITY

A consistency suited to wheel bearing application, avoiding the grease being flung out by centrifugal forces, so ensuring longer relubrication intervals.
