Drums and IBCs delivery (pallet)
Drums and IBC units are delivered by pallet. Economy takes 3–4 working days. Premium is the next working day (Monday through Friday) to most locations. Both rates are flat rates, excluding VAT, and based on the delivery zone.

Sinopec L-CKD 220 Heavy Duty Industrial Gear Oil is a high-performance EP gear lubricant formulated with high-quality mineral base oils and an advanced multifunctional additive system. ISO VG 220 is the most widely specified grade for enclosed industrial gearboxes in the UK, and the L-CKD 220 is built to meet those demands — delivering FZG scuffing protection at load stage 12+, Four Ball EP weld load of 315kg and Timken OK load of 60lb. Formally approved by Bosch Rexroth and SEW-Eurodrive. David Brown S1.53.101 approved.

The 1000L IBC is for high-volume industrial operations — large manufacturing facilities, processing plants and maintenance teams running multiple gearboxes at volume. Maximum cost efficiency per litre and compatible with standard IBC pumps for streamlined bulk dispensing.

Reliable water separation — Excellent demulsibility at 82°C ensures excess water separates rapidly from the system, preventing emulsion formation and protecting components against surface fatigue.
System cleanliness — Outstanding antifoam performance maintains optimum oil film thickness, protecting against wear and minimising leakage from gear boxes and oil reservoirs.
Seal and system compatibility — Fully compatible with common seal materials to extend seal life and prevent fluid leakage across a wide range of enclosed gear drive designs.

Applications

Sinopec L-CKD 220 is recommended for enclosed industrial gear drives equipped with circulation or splash-lubrication systems operating under normal, heavy or shock-loaded conditions. The most commonly specified ISO VG grade for general industrial gearboxes in the UK. Suitable for plain and antifriction bearings running under heavy or shock-loaded conditions, and heavy-duty gearboxes in conveyors, presses, extruders and crushers across construction, mining, steel and chemical sectors.
