Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original undamaged packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email returns@sinopeconline.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened, unsealed or used items

• Products not in their original packaging
  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and it has not arrived, please contact us at returns@sinopeconline.com.
