Sinopec HP-R Blue Extreme Pressure High Temp Grease NLGI 2 is an advanced tribological compound engineered for extreme pressure and high-load applications, particularly in wheel bearings and chassis systems. It is formulated with a lithium complex thickener, providing enhanced mechanical stability and resistance to high-temperature environments. The base oil, derived from refined mineral hydrocarbons, is fortified with corrosion inhibitors, oxidation stabilizers, and extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) additives. These additives synergistically enhance the grease’s protective film strength, reducing surface degradation under severe thermomechanical stress, shock loading, and aqueous contamination. This formulation ensures prolonged operational integrity and wear resistance in demanding industrial conditions.
