Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products online.

All prices and product details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product availability may be limited and some items may be subject to minimum order quantities or shipping restrictions.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship lubricants, oils, and related products throughout the UK and internationally where possible. Delivery times may vary.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible and able to accept palletised goods. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or return if a site is unsuitable for delivery.

6. Address Verification and Delivery Requirements
If your address is incomplete or unclear, your order may be delayed. If your delivery location is not flat, not accessible, or does not have a forklift or loading dock, delivery may not be possible. In this case, you may be charged a redelivery fee or the cost of return shipping. Deliveries to construction sites or contractor locations are at your own risk.
If your order requires a tail lift (liftgate) and this is not indicated at checkout, you may incur extra fees for redelivery or the cost may be deducted from your refund if the order is returned.

7. Returns and Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
