Shipping Policy

If you are not satisfied with your delivery, email shipping@sinopeconline.com. Include your order number and a photo of the delivery.

Metal packaging may be dented due to handling by shipping providers and standard freight practices.

Pails (Singles)
All pails are shipped by UPS. Delivery is usually the next working day, but may take up to 5 working days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Some pails may arrive separately. Use the tracking email and UPS website for updates.

Pallet Deliveries (Pail, Drum, IBC)
Pallet deliveries are usually next working day but may take up to 3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Pallets may arrive on different days even if shipped together. Use the tracking email for updates.

Address Verification
If your address is incomplete or unclear, your order may be delayed. If your delivery location is not flat, not accessible, or does not have a forklift or loading dock, delivery may not be possible. In this case, you may be charged a redelivery fee or the cost of return shipping. Deliveries to construction sites or contractor locations are at your own risk.

Delivery Requirements and Tail Lift Charges
Some products, particularly larger orders shipped on pallets, require access to a location with suitable unloading facilities. If your delivery location does not have a forklift or loading dock, a tail lift (liftgate) service is required to safely unload your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate at checkout if a tail lift is needed for delivery. If this is not indicated and the delivery cannot be completed, the order may either (1) be returned to us, in which case the original shipping cost (and any return shipping fees) will be deducted from your refund. (2) Or, if redelivery is arranged, additional fees may apply for the tail lift service and any extra delivery charges.
